Re-watching the fight, Joshua catches Usyk with a perfect right hand in the last 30 seconds of the 6th round. Usyk takes it well, but he is visibly shaken and backed up to give himself a chance to recover. Joshua in the past would have taken this opportunity to punish his opponent, to try and take them down - this is what he should have done at the time. I think there were maybe one or two other opportunities like this during the fight, and AJ decided not to get aggressive and instead just stay safe behind his jab.
More to the point - where was AJ's right? He's not got the most powerful right in the business, but he is good at counter-punching - this should have been his plan, not trying to win the war of the jabs. He should have planned to counter Usyk on the way in with the right, buzz him and then go on the offensive. It would be risky, it would be painful and it could easily end in a war he loses - be it would give him a fighting chance.

In the rematch, AJ should clinch more and work on his chin. AJ should jab more, punch Usyk's exposed arms with hooks as he closes in, clinch, uppercut Usyk, and throw overhands. He's got to have a higher output.
AJ needs to train output, chin, clinching, and power. I would take an offensive mastermind into the camp. Perhaps a Mexican style one. Id also work on AJ's feet a little and making him rush in. As well as some minor headmovement.
Bulk a bit so his shots have more of an effect. The good news for AJ is that he is used to Usyk's style now. He knows about the feints and movement maneuvers. That will make AJ a better boxer technically even in the future if he loses the rematch (which is likely).
But since we know defensive isn't it for AJ, he should try the headhunting plan. But they really need to research diets, minerals, and vitamins that increase resilience. Maybe they will discover something and if not then just be confident and go in there and try it.

Give Usyk credit man. His game plan means AJ has to adapt. Usyk unleashed his straight left in the 1st round and AJ knew he can get hurt if he was swinging like a mad man the way Chisora did. Also I feel Usyk can KO Chisora in eight round last year; but he just want to bag some rounds against the bigger man.

And THAT has been my contention the entire time. Usyk simply made AJ work too hard for too long and by about Rd 8 AJ had nothing left. The key to the fight was Usyk taking the first 3 rounds. Those should have been AJ's rounds. Usyk put on a master class of boxing skill and ring IQ.

That's true but AJ also didn't have the stamina to keep his output up. Didn't jab enough, didn't clinch enough, didn't backpedal enough, and he could have thrown hooks to Usyk's elbows/arms.
Usyk's elbows and arms were exposed every time he rushed forward. AJ could have swing for them and backpedaled. That could have made Usyk's arms sore and slowed down his punches/counters.
