Thanks for playing this and bringing to my attention that this rando exists! I'm really happy to see some Re:CoM love, us Chain of Memories fans are usually starving for content. From how the stream is edited, I can't tell if you're aware of this, but each kind of keyblade card has different attack stats based on whether it is used for the first, second, or final hit of a combo. The "attack" stat in the deck-building screen is just an average of these. For example a keyblade card in Re:CoM could be like this: Strike (1st): D Thrust: (2nd): C+ Finisher: (3rd): A+ and the attack stat on the deck building screen would say "B" or something and not really give an indication of how the keyblade card is best positioned in your deck or used in a combo. To check these detailed stats, you need to use the journal and examine the card in question. If you do some more research into the peculiarities of how Re:CoM works, the deckbuilding in a harder Re:CoM randomizer could be super engaging to play and awesome to watch. This was super cool and I hope you play this more in the future.
@@Ninjablade-qj4st well technically this runs on archipelago so you could make a run that randomizes the itrms from KH1, KH2 and chain of memories through all the games (you might find monochrome keyblade in tarzan's jungle) But why limit yourself to just Kingdom hearts when you can add, zelda, metroid, final fantasy and 50+ other games to the mix?
Ninten you probably won’t see this but i’ve been binge watching you and you can plainly see an obvious increase in your health and charisma over time. you look healthier nowadays and it’s good to see keep it going :)
I really hope that one day, they add KH1 as an Archipelago option too, for the ultimate funny of having to go between 3 different stages of Sora's journey to beat all of them.
One thing I noticed is he not checking the card stats in the journal cause they each excel at either the first strike, middle, and finisher - that and he keep using elemental on bosses/enemies that heals from them, lol - I do wish this game in particular had a new game plus like DDD does, so much cool cards but all unusable till the end game
I wonder if the bosses are randomizable. Also if you want two fun facts, Vexen isn't weak to fire (only on GBA he is), and Marluxia is weak to physical.
There are actually two different BBS randos but they stopped developing them shortly after their release, so they are still very buggy. One of them does actually have a boss and enemy randomizer too but it often causes the game to just get stuck at the end of fights.

It’s actually in review, meaning that if it gets past, the rando will be officially part of archipelago 🎉

yeah, or you get them after beating the game, so all you can do with them is style on marly

Marluxia is weak to either Physical or Neutral element cards and resistant to Sleights
His weakness is just straight physical attacks. Sleights and magic don’t do very much damage. Just straight attacks is his weak point.
