keep it up man. Slap house... yeah it used to be really cool the issue is like every genre a lot of producers release the same stuff since it's easy and not a lot of them up in the effort to make it unique. Some do tho. i think producers in general ( maybe ) are tired to listen to the same stuff over and over again and labels will unfortunately be more picky on what they accept.
true! my main issue with slap house is people who make it because of money and not because they like making it. but sadly you can't really tell unless it's obvious
the thing is, slap house is a genre that the algorithms favour, producers make it so they would get more exposure, and that completely beats the point of music production - to enjoy music. Also, the genre is becoming unoriginal, with people just making the most basic tracks that I could make in like 5 minutes. For example - Imanbek's Roses remix was made in 2 hours, and gained insane popularity (not that Imanbek is a bad producer, it's just the fact that it's this easy to make this type of tracks). Also, guys like Felix Jaehn (who made deep house/tropical house before) are now milking the genre for exposure. That's the main reason why I hate slap house. Thank you for coming to my ted talk
good ted talk xd (personally i enjoy making slap house not for exposure just because of what i pointed out in this video, but 90% of people make it for money and exposure as you said which is kinda sad e.e)
Great video, really changed my perception on Slap House.
really glad you liked it!
