Xtreme is very underrated, point to remember is that the bike is priced along side the 150-160cc bikes from other manufacturers. Same story as the Yamaha fz25 which is pitted against the 200cc machines and excels.
@Crazy MOFO Stop kidding yourself. Go race them on the road. FZ25 barely crosses a 128-130 on gps. About 0-100, go really race them. And for many buyers, it is about the wholesome experience and not just 0-100. Fz25 is an excellent city bike, with oodles of torque, but lacks a lot on the headlight and console front.

Extreme 200 is focused on 150cc segment (from price point of view),if we see that way it's good if compared with a 150cc bike, Apache rtr200 is more focused on 200cc segment compared with ns200, making it agile and great handler as well as demanding horsepower in 200cc segment.. Hope this makes sense..

I never drive always in city.... So in high way top end help me... Also the ns have good bottom end also.. So ns is better for both city and high way... So i liked it much... Nothing much

Rtr200 will be much smoother for normal city driving. The ns200 just isn’t as smooth. But the ns200 edges out the rtr in power.If I were primarily driving in highways, would probably choose the ns. But as I’m mostly city driving Rtr200 will suit me better.

The only part where I was really disappointed was that rear brake part of Xtreme .....and soon got it that the review was paid.....hero themselves claimed that they have tried so hard to maintain the perfect balance in braking by giving a radial and wider Tyre for 'perfect grip:no slip'at rear with abs at front......how do you manage that motorbeam?

Xtream have its class at the same time people cannot compare all the bikes in its own segment. Can you compare together KTM, r15, CBR pulsar, Apache, Every bikes have its differences. If this comparison do then definitely RTR won't be the winner ..... Make your own mind If you think any bike is good or bad go for it and get it....
Thank u for the comparison. I think if Xtreme comes in 180cc segment with of all this features like power delivery, abs and look it may be 180cc leader but in 200 segment it is looking like a BABY and of course the PULSAR line up is also there for roaring.

Looking back I wish I went with a 200cc or above motorcycle. I mostly travel on highways and boy you're going to be disappointed if you go 150ccs. They just can't cruise comfortably at over 100kmph for long rides.

It is unfair to compare the top-of-the-line RTR with the Xtreme. The RTR with Carb version sans dual channel ABS is only slightly more expensive than the Xtreme.

The extreme doesn't even have spring loaded pegs. I think this gives the idea that how cheap the Xtreme is.
What about the quality of materials used in both bikes

Forgot to mention. I think Apache has oil cooled engine. Extreme is only air cooled which is bad in long rides. It will get hot quick in hot months.
