Two things
1) The Apache we got wasn’t a media unit and had a odo reading of 23k kms!
2) This was shot before the new RTR was announced but I would love to get it done once again with a new media unit from TVS 😊
Redo would be a better option to be really honest.. I own the apache as well and it can go well above 90 in third gear...have these races with a brand new bike again
Bro do a drag between new n160 e20 model with xtreme 160 bcoz bajaj has increased the performance of new n160 earlier it had limiter at 128-130kmph but now it’s going 138kmph I test drove it yesterday and I was shocked to see it’s performance
This video is totally misleading. The xtreme is at is 1.7km and apache at 23km on odo. How this race is even comparable. Please delete this video and race again with the new apache with fewer on odo.

Goes 65+ in 2nd gear shifted at 54
Goes 90+ in third shifted at 75
I too think the xtreme is faster but Apache isnt thaat slow

Edit: My Xtreme 160R is now 3 years old and running perfectly giving me a mileage of 42±2 KMPL in City and around 50 KMPL on highways (@70-80 kmph)

RTR 160 4v is most powerful in it's class but Xtreme 160r 4v is fastest in it's class...may be Apache has more top end but in drag races initial acceleration and Midrange punch matters more which is better in Xtreme and Xtreme can reach top speed quicker than any other bikes in 160cc segment...so in drag races Xtreme 4v has upper hand..

But that's why there is decrease in mileage it gives 40 on highway max at 70-80km/hr and Apache can give you 45 on highway at same speed
@@ViratKohli-wy2sk bro if you need good milage then go for Pulsar n160 or Xtreme 125r ....bot have good milage N160 gives 50 to 55 kmpl and Xtreme 125r gives 66 to 71 kmpl...and if you need Faster acceleration and initial Power then go for Xtreme 160r 4v, it goes up to 126 kmph top speed which is good..
What about MT15?
@@s1bh4mgodfl3shx MT is in totally different segment...this is 160cc air/oil cooled segment..and MT has 155cc liquid cooled engine with 6 speed transmission and it's price is similar to NS 200, N250, Karizma XMR, F250, RS200, Duke 200, RC 200 so MT competes with them...and we have more better options than MT in it's segment bro...

I hate this 1up game in terms of performance from brands like heto and tvs. Why aren't they making a breakthrough in this segment? I mean the new rtr 1604v might win with 1 ponny extra but this is getting childish at this point

I have Both Bikes but I love my Xtreme 160r Stealth 2V for smoothness, Apache is somewhere soo rough after 5000 rpm.

Why is powerdrift producers are AFRAID of MT15 vs 160cc bikes in india????. Its makes sense since it is a 155cc motorcycle, yet everytime it is always compared to new 200cc released.. so unfair.. if this is the direction of powerdrift the you should drag race yamaha mt03 vs dominar 250cc,, coz it also makes sense..
Price segment! Yamaha MT may be close in the CC segment, but pricing is of a different segment, so they don't compare it.
@@seshendrasameer1957 precisely, if you want a faster 150cc you need to pay a price.. remapping and tuning mt15 and r15 (which by the way its engine could accomodate) would render any 200cc bike USELESS..making it a sleeper 150cc bike

Concept of drag race is usually just a quarter mile - No point of going straight endlessly until you're checking top speeds which makes sense for motorcycles made for their top end performance.
