If I go all the way to Japan for a vacation I'm certainly going to treat myself to the best when possible and being cheap when it comes to taking the bullet train something I would not compromise on number one because look at all the time you wasted by not being able to sleep at the normal night time hours in a five-star hotel that's a shame to be so cheap with transportation or at least go on the bus that lets you sleep on the bus one of those train sleepers and it's well worth the extra dollar bills like I said if my vacation is all the way to Japan from the United States I am not going to be cheap with it I'm going to spend the money so I can really really enjoy myself first class
If you have the money its definitely worth it especially if you're on a time crunch, but for us college students it was def worth to save almost 200 bucks lol
