I lived in Hinesville GA for 5 years like the caller was talking about. The town is about 60% Black 40% non Black. I have lived in almost every state in the south from TX to FL. I have NEVER seen so many police patrol constantly in such a small area 40k people. Every red light every gas station every parking lot there are police. Mind you this is a military town with majority law abiding citizens.
