So far almost every Nintendo direct (not counting the directs for singular games or the museum) this year had a fighting gaming with Maximilian Dood freaking out. The last Partner Showcase it was SNES Killer Instinct, then the last direct had the MvC collection, now this Partner Showcase it’s Capcon fighting collection volume 2 (featuring CvS).

Yes Power Stones and Project Justice, these are my childhood moments back in the days. Odd they didn't include the first Rival Schools or Star Gladiators or Tech Romancer but I guess those will come in Capcom Fighting Collection 3.
Very strange and makes me think Plasma Sword 2 maybe based on the DC version. The original was ZN-2 arcade hardware alongside Rival Schools and Tech Romancer. Weird they would only include PSword2 of the 3

For my money it most certainly is. This is capcom fighting game nirvana right here .This plus the MVC collection.. I mean god damn. Get a street fighter 3 collection in there, which would make sense with it being "collection 3" and it would make the system I"m buying it on + games a permanent fixture in my gaming set up till I'm old and grey.

@@fireflocs previous capcom collections let you change version & regions. & they already made changes to power stone like adding in bonus characters without having to unlock them. they've also added training modes to arcade versions of MvC that came from the console version. so they may add in the extra modes as well. like adventure mode from power stone 2. who knows.
Dreamcast had held some of these games hostage for so long. Glad Capcom finally releasing these games on modern consoles. Capcom did not even release Marvel Vs Capcom fighting Collection yet, but already they announce this.
The Dreamcast version of Power Stone 1 and 2 will still be superior. This is the arcade version. Dreamcast port had items, levels, and modes that the arcade didn't.
Capcom Fighting Evolution is important in this case if for no other reason than they’ve got some sort of Namco System 246 emulation going, which is crazy considering it’s PS2 in an arcade shell.

It's the arcade versions of both Power Stone games - which is to say, the worst versions. The Dreamcast ports, and PSP collection both had features (including items, characters, and modes), that the arcade versions didn't.
Power Stone deserves better than this.
@@fireflocs previous capcom collections let you change version & regions. & they already made changes to power stone like adding in bonus characters without having to unlock them. they've also added training modes to arcade versions of MvC that came from the console version. so they may add in the extra modes as well. like adventure mode from power stone 2. who knows.
It is our job to buy this collection as well everyone. Every version of it. Let CapGod know we want at least sequels to these games

Dreamcast had held some of these games hostage for so long. Glad Capcom finally releasing these games on modern consoles. Capcom did not even release Marvel Vs Capcom fighting Collection yet, but already they announce this.
The Dreamcast version of Power Stone 1 and 2 will still be superior. This is the arcade version.
Dreamcast port had items, levels, and modes that the arcade didn't.

Capcom Fighting Evolution is important in this case if for no other reason than they’ve got some sort of Namco System 246 emulation going, which is crazy considering it’s PS2 in an arcade shell.
