    Innovation requires a high tolerance and capacity for "failing forward". It requires a certain amount of risk tolerance. Yet, there is a way to reduce risk. The best way to reduce risk is to create an environment that allows each person to bring their greatest creativity and innovaiton forward.
    This requires a space where each person's unique talents and gifts are understood and appreciated. It requires a culture where, when it appears perspectives are diverging, to be curious about the unique point of convergence where the innovation lies.
    It requires that each voice be given space to be heard and honored. To understand that each person's unique genius and perspective creates a unique formula that can't be replicated by any other team.
    It requires letting go of patterns and habits of conformity and productivity to stand in one's unique creativity. And it takes helping other team members do the same.
    It takes a fractal approach, working at the individual, the relational, and the team levels to help team members let go of old patterns that drain energy from the team or organization. And to invite them into a co-creative culture, letting them decide if they want to be a part of it or not, and setting firm boundaries.

    What’s funny is that this video was my approach to managing before I even knew about human design, and it was also the very thing that pushed me out of management. Now that I learned my human design and knowing I don’t have any defined motors (two open and two completely undefined), I’ve had to shift to look for work where I can work in bursts. Still very hard to find in the states.

      Thanks so much for this comment! I love hearing your experience. Yes, the work world doesn’t make it easy for non-sacrals as it’s been structured. I am finding, in my work with teams, that AI is forcing a shift to need more people that have the capacity for space that you have. But I can imagine it’s not easy to find those roles! Following inner authority is the best path to let your body guide you to the correct positions. I’d be curious to hear your journey with HD and following your authority.       @@orionohev -Thank you for the reply. I only learned what my human design was just under a year ago. It made me realize that I was utilizing most of my HD as a 3/5 splenic projector with an open sacral and ego and undefined solo plexus and root chakras.
      I just found out that I got an invitation to work in a field I spent a lot of years in school and trying to get into that will utilize the managerial skill set I have. This will be the first time that the invitation and approach fully followed my inner authority and where I get inspiration/perspective from, mountains.
      I would love to talk to you about HD and the challenges of waiting for the invitation juxtaposed with my personality, which is assertive and initiative as an (A/B personality).
