Thanks for this video! I'm a 2004 b.tech passout. I was also confused then at that time like many of the graduates. So I started doing the first job I got. Support consultant role in a good software company. But even after 6 years I didn't find any improvement or change in my role and I resigned the job in 2011. But till now I wasn't able to find another job because I didn't have much skills in any other area. What do you suggest I should do now?

Woman should go for motherhood as modern ideologies are devaluing motherhood. I am not saying that they should not consider career at all. I am just saying that family comes first. As a result of this capitalist ideology to make woman to contribute to the economy has both good and bad effects. This all started as a result of Industrial revolution. Then it had a drastic change in the 1960's in western world after the invent of second wave feminism. And the statistics shows that since then the rate of divorce rates, single parenthood families and destruction of family structures are on the rise. Everybody should read the confessions of the founding mothers of feminism and other feminist authors. One famous author had even said that she mourn for her unborn child. ie means she regrets for not having a child. These womans were able to convince millions of woman that motherhood is not good for them and after understanding their mistakes they retracted their statements. What about the lives of the women they have influenced? All of this happened in western world. But may be in future it will be in our society also. Hope that won't happen. This is very serious. My opinion is that woman should prioritise to become a mother and having a family than anything. That doesn't mean she wouldn't even consider career.
