Yes I am from the UK . I live in South Yorkshire but stay on the East Coast most of the time in our holiday home . My husband has problems with mobility so it’s easier to be all on one level . We are retired but I took a part time job ( 15hrs ) as I was getting a little stir crazy and of cause the money comes in handy to feed my addiction to all things yarn 🙂 thanks for joining me x
Not tried the Yarn Art, will give it a go. I do like Santa’s Little Helper pattern too. Your knitting looks very neat Julie, love the socks you are knitting. Knitpro are my fave needles too. Tfs ..I’m in the West Mids. 😊
Hi Julie, you came up as a suggestion from TH-cam because of the other channels I follow. Loving your Christmas in July. Live in a village just outside Rochdale but am currently on tour in our Motorhome. I used to have a static van on the East Coast at Reighton Sands, love that area so it’s nice to see you relaxing in your holiday home. I have the same little houses ( 3 ) you have on your shelf which I bought in Scarborough on one of our trips.
Aww thank you 🙂 ohh Reignton Sands isn’t too far away . I do miss our tourer as we loved going to Dorset and Cornwall , there’s so many amazing places in the uk, If only we had the weather . I’m glad your enjoying it 🙂
Hi Julie great video love the snowman I can crochet but not done anything to big so might give that a go I can knit and have knitted toys and other bits and pieces xx
Hi You could have a go , I had only made crochet blankets but always fancied amigurumi . It’s only really one stitch and if you go wrong you just pull it back 🙂 there’s plenty of step by step tutorials on here . I’d have a go at a ball/bumble bee or something that way it will show you increase and decrease along with the single crochet /double crochet . That’s all you need to know really xx
Hi Julie. I am watching you from Wigan Greater Manchester ❤ I have been using the yarn arts jeans yarn from the same shop for a while now. I love it 😍 take care see you soon x

Just starting crochet again I have just made an elephant for my Grandsons partners birthday, it was OK but oh to have younger hands. x

Hi,I live in Coventry and love crochet. The majority of my makes are using yarn art jeans,I love it,it’s amazing to work with,I’ll send you a pic of one of my latest using it x
Hi Julie. Snowman is super cute. The cotton yarn is really affordable. I don't have a lot of cotton. Now that I've got into amigurumi, I'll have to remedy that. I'm making a little pig at the min, from Peter Panda and pals. I'm using some tencel that Andy dyed up. It's lovely yarn but not quite right for amigurumi. Don't grandchildren make your day. Ours are 9 and 5. X
