They are Akkarai sisters who sing and play violin well but don't compare them with legends.
May I suggest that they issue an album consisting entirely of his grandfather's compositions, if they have not already done so. It will be a fitting tribute to him.

of course I know some Tamil and here I was thinking that for someone who grew up in Delhi their Tamil language was very good!
