    We’re changing the transmission fluids in our 2016 Polaris Ranger 900 XP in this video from Partzilla.com. First we’ll drain the fluid out of the transmission and refill it with Polaris AGL gearcase lubricant. Then, we’ll move to the front diff where we’ll show you how to drain it and then refill it with Polaris Demand Drive fluid.
    Here’s what we used to get this job done:

    Just changed oils today. Video was a big help. Only thing is when I booked the line to the jug pump it leaked like crazy! Did I do something wrong? I'm going to put a small hose clamp on it to see if that works. Thanks for the video. 👍

    I did this today and it was a nightmare. Oil everywhere. Bug waste especially it being so expensive. Is their another gearcase or differential that u need to change? I didn't c bothing on the front of mine. One was near the rear axle and the other was under the motor. I have a 2004 polaris ranger

    I'm filling up my 11 ranger 400, but not sure how much AGL is enough. I've put in more than 2 qt, but the fluid level is still not up to the plug level. Should I put in more??

      Did you confirm it is filled to the right level? Possibly overfill? Not sure why the oil change would affect overall speed.

    Hi, I recently purchased 2913 RZR XP 4 900 that was always dealer maintained. I like doing my own maintenance and am in the process of changing all the fluids. When I tried pulling off the tranny fill plug, it was torqued on so tight by the dealership that I ended up striping the allen hole. Is there a tool that can be used to solve this problem?
    Thanks

    • @sgd5k292
      @sgd5k292 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Should be "2013".

    • @sgd5k292
      @sgd5k292 6 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      OK, got it off by using a slightly oversized torque bit and a breaker bar. Can't imagine how much torque the dealer mechanic applied to this fill plug, but is was way more than 10 to 14 lbs!

      @@PartzillaParts What is a good gear fluid supplement for the rear diff and the front diff!! I have seen where people are using Bel💧Ray straight SA80w gear saver or!! Valvoline 75w90w full synthetic!! Four drive diff fluids does it matter!! As long as it is closest to the weight of the Polaris drive gear fluids!! Any suggestions I know about amsoil but I've also heard that Valvoline is better as far as diff synthetic fluids!! A lot of people say that Valvoline does not phomes up as bad as amsoil!! And a lot of people also say that Valvoline diff gare oils are good for the diff lock- synchronizers!! And differential limited slips!! What is your Opinio!! Great videos thanks a lot for the videos you do!? 👍👍👌
