Been a mage for months now and I found another combination that beats my Night Comet build. Stars of Ruin with +25 Prince of Death Staff + Jellyfish Shield energized offhand. Buffs: Lusat's Glintstone Crown Golden Vow Howl of Shabriri And the usual talismans and physic tears that you used. Give it a spin. I compared them head to head with my night comet build and this Stars of Ruin combination edges it in power. I can one-shot the Stone Golems at Altus Plateau guarding the entrance without the use of Terra Magica. Fun stuff!

@@pastorgainzgames I was just running rannis dark moon, night comet and night shard a friend of mine dropped me the black knife set and another staff of loss because I started a fresh playthrough for this character
Being an NG+ build instead of moonveil use dual wing of astel, has that nuclear skill and that projectile attack like darkmoon great sword which is 0 fp and everyone likes dual curved swords move set😁
Question ? Is a new game plus build more or less helpful before new game ? Just wondering if I have to be in new game plus for this this build to work or not
Yeah so when people mention NG+ builds it’s usually because of a talisman or weapon combo u can’t get until NG+ but most of those builds will work with items substituted throughout the playthrough

I'd take VIG to 60, MND to 38, and FTH to 30 for G. Vow and the defensive incants if going 150+.
Does it matter if you upgrade the offhand staff? Or should you just upgrade main hand and not worry about the offhand one?
Doesnt matter. It will still give you the same buff one way or the other :)
