I'm honestly becoming a major clone fan. Started with CDNIM, progressed with Khamrah, and now I have an order for Alhambra Amber and Leather and getting ready to order Lattafa Woody Oud and this one from Paris Corner
9pm by Afnan is worth checking out if you can get it in stock. It’s a similar scent to ultra male. Longevity and projection is wild! I have Amber & Leather. I don’t love it. You can tell it’s a clone of ombré leather but it comes across as very synthetic to me. Especially when smelling it up close. It’s not at bad in the air. Longevity is also mediocre. If you like leather, check out la yuqawam by rasasi. Great Tuscan Leather clone. Hawas by rasasi so also 🔥. They’re a little more pricey for clones but the quality is there. Detour noir is also worth looking into
I bought Paris corner's mysterious tobacco a few days ago, good perfume. It is very long lasting, sillage is weak, fragrance doesn't spread much. It is a sweet fragrance, spicy in the beginning.

After watching this vid 3 weeks ago, I ordered both the Naxos and the clone. The Naxos was finally delivered today and after comparing them…they are virtually identical to my nose. Also got the Xerjoff Mefisto…it’s excellent.
I LOVE this fragrance. It doesn't have all the subtle nuances of Naxos, but Naxos is perfumery art. This is very close to it though. I actually prefer the toned down sweetness of Voux Elegante and more fresh aspects of it. It makes it more versatile in the hot weather IMO. This is a superb fragrance for the money!
For those of you who are wondering stil if this smells like Xerjoff Naxos, it doesn't smell like it at all. If you are smelling it and grading it as a stand alone fragrance, is not bad. However, if you are looking for something similar I would go with Alexandria Fragrances 1981X this is the closest clone that you will get for the Xerjoff Naxos clones. Insurrection II Wild is more of a clone of Pure Havane, I have a bottle of Insurrection II Wild as well, it's not a bad pickup if you want that Pure Havane DNA.
I'm a huge fan of clones especially lately they are fantastic however I can't imagine not owning Naxos it's the most well balanced masterful fragrance I've ever smelt.

The opening of naxos is the best part. The way the citrus and lavender balances out against the honey/tobacco is unreal - so if you're missing those notes in this clone.... ehh
@@xZyrux I think you nailed it. Something about it smelled old-lady like to me, i never could understand what note(s) made it smell that way, but powdery is quite fitting
I almost bought this and instead blind bought Paris Corner Killer Oud Cabana which is an Amouage Beach Hut Man. It's coming in next week, I'm looking forward to seeing how it is.

So I got my hands on it, and yes, it's REALLY similar to the Amouage, but the thing to know befofe going into it that I've found from others is that Beach Hut Man isn't what people expect. When you hear of a beach themed fragrance, you're probably thinking about an aquatic, maybe some citruses like lime, things that remind you of the sun and the ocean. That's not Beach Hut Man or Cabana at all. Beach Hut Man has a big hit of earthy mint off the top, and the rest of the fragrance stays in that natural, woody aromatic world. Moss, ivy, vetiver, driftwood; the whole thing is supposed to be evocative of the beach hut that might keep you safe when a storm hits. Cabana does a great job at mimicking 90% of this. That big blast of mint isn't as prominent in the opening which is a real shame, but the rest of it is there. Again, this is a very green scent and it's perfect for spring, maybe for fall as well.
@@simplify416 they need to macerate, middle eastern colognes are produced and sold quickly so they don’t get time to sit around and mature. Spray it every other week once or twice to let it get into contact with oxygen and after a couple months it’ll be way stronger. This applies to every middle easter cologne with bad performance.
I Have cedrat essence and I've had it since October... I've given it a few tries I've even tried spraying in my sink on random non wearings.. it still doesn't perform I don't think I'll be trying them out again
The Xerjoff Naxos hype train is crazy. Xerjoff Naxos and PDM Layton seem to be the talk of the town, and I'm really, really curious to see just how good Xerjoff Naxos is. Maybe this is a good way to test out the DNA before buying Naxos
You could get samples from scentsplint or a similar company. But trust me, those are 2 of the absolute best heavy hitters in the cooler weather niche market.
Just a bit of a caveat here, between Naxos, 1981x and Emir Voux Elegante... 1981x is closer. Voux Elegante is like a more spicy take on the DNA. The cinnamon is more prominent in Voux Elegante. Its still good, but it's not as close as 1981x is.
The scent is top notch and it smells way Close to Naxos. Sadly doesn’t last more than 3 hours and doesn’t project as much as Naxos. Keep in mind before buying.

Honestly I bought it 3 days Ago and it's not worth the try , it has similarities to Naxos which I bought a sample of it but this one has no projection and it doesn't stay long on your skin maybe maximum 2 hours .so I think the best to try designers better than Colones .
If you are a young man just get a decant of Naxos for a similar price as this. If you can't afford to pick up a full bottle then you're not going to the places or events that you would normally wear this masterpiece. I'm all for clones as I have many but in this case its quality or quantity.
I have both Naxos and Insurrection 2 wild, at the initial spray and middle are very diferent, but after 6-8 hours it is almost the same as a skin scent.
I have a serious problem with emir fragrances: they're too light, the projection is very intimate and that's with 10 sprays under my long sleeve shirt (to not go noseblind)!! I have Voux Élégante and Cedrat Essence and the performance is quite poor, very dissapointing!
I hope the niche houses and designer brands figure out that clone houses have been successfully copying their expensive frags for a very affordable price. Maybe then they'll cap any niche Frag at $100.
Yes we are buying all the clone fragrance for a fraction of the price.....it's about time they consider cutting the prices....but they might be targeting the more rich and affluent customers who don't mind throwing a few dollars around to smell exclusively.

Emir Voux Elegante does not even comes close to Naxos, I've compared it side by side I have both bottle, for fucks sake it's just 5% similar, and i'm still very very considerate giving it 5% similarity. If i'm going to be more technical and compare it notes to notes, it's 0% similar.
Insurrection II wild is great as it is. It become fragnance for itself. It's hard to find it here and cost almost 60$! Will try Elegante on Tuesday and report back if you're interested. Price 35$.
I have almost given up with clones. Some are amazing value for money. Others even though heavily hyped by reviewers are terrible. I just wish reviewers were honest especially about performance. I have. It lasts. It depends on how you view longevity and projection... I get a solid 7hrs+ from this one. Projection is not heavy, but very much okay. Sometimes don’t use your perceptions to judge performance of a fragrance, you might have gone nose blind, cos others might be smelling you damn well!
i agree, fire your desire has EDT performance..but this naxos is a true EDP ,trust me. But in my opinion this is a frag for females,unisex is a stretch

1981x is better than Voux Elegante, much better. This is coming from someone who has Xerjoff Naxos along with 1981x, Voux Elegante, Pure Havane, and Insurrection II Wild.
Paris corner are there for the sake of smelling nice scent. Not for performance. And for some of their line, the dry down on clothes smelled really² cheap.

I have an old bottle of TM NE, I would say the opening has a slight resemblance where they are getting the notes, but couldn't quite get the kulfi note. On the dry down it's about 65-70% similar. I heard it's supposed to be a mix of both TF and Dior L'Homme intense. I still highly recommended it as it smells great, but definitely not really close to Noir Extreme as many reviewers are saying it is.
I’ve seen a few reviews from a few years back for voux elegante but i trust your judgement Dallas! I have Fortune by Dua Brand, and they do it rly good. Although I’ve hear Alexandria does a rly good version of Naxos too.

That’s the price y’all foreign sellers do sell. It’s way cheaper in places like Africa. And even dirt cheap in the Middle East. This Naxos clone goes for around $15 in my country. Something like Calvin Klein goes for $38 for 100ml in my country too, but would be way cheaper in your own country, I suppose. You get the idea?
For me personally main issue with clones is that... those are clones and I know that. For me it's like buying fake "louis vuitton". So I feel myself cheap, like I'm pretending to be something that I'm not. I'm NOT judging people who likes those, I like even cheap fragrances, it's all about just how I feel. If you like and you can rock it - great!
When it comes to fragrance, I don’t think that comparison should be made; Beauty is beauty, the scent should speak for itself. Especially when a clone is near or even better than what is cloning. Hawas by Rasasi vs Invictus, for example, or Carved Oud by Thameen vs Oud Wood by Tom Ford
I'll second what the other person responded but also mention that sometimes they aren't exact clones but flankers. And sometimes they are able to replicate discontinued fragrances and create mixes. It's true that it's sometimes just better to save money and get originals especially when you can take advantage of retail discounts and what not. But it's also an amazing world of fragrances thats almost silly if you like fragrances to not partake in it somewhat. Just don't get exact clones if you feel cheap and look for flanker you might like that costs fractions of regular perfume you buy

I have Woody Oud and Oud Wood. Woody Oud is 90% Oud Wood to my nose and it lasts much longer than Oud Wood. Woody Oud is definitely worth a pick up.
Woody Oud is great in my opinion. Just purchased it a few weeks back. It's been hard to not wear it on daily basis! ✌️

Naxos have Dreamer Versace DNA in him just much much richer. I had a decant of Xerjoff and Dreamer was my signature smell for over 20 years.

Agree, I actually only like that part of Naxos, don't realy care too much about the powdery sweet blend that lingers for 12 hours.

Reyanne Tradition Insurrection Wild is better than this, and imo lasts longer. Either way, both are good, but i just prefer Insurection Wild

Also to tell that quality, is surprisingly high. No scratchy or alcohol blast, it is very smooth and for me not even less quality than TF 😇

1981x is better than Voux Elegante, much better. This is coming from someone who has Xerjoff Naxos along with 1981x, Voux Elegante, Pure Havane, and Insurrection II Wild.
Does anyone else get a eucalyptus vibe to this? I get this very minty/eucalyptus/honey scent. It's pretty darn addictive

You need to macerate it before you can get the full scent. Middle Eastern fragrances need to be macerated from 2-6 weeks or more.

Paris corner are there for the sake of smelling nice scent. Not for performance. And for some of their line, the dry down on clothes smelled really² cheap.

I just got it on Friday. I have an old bottle of TM NE, I would say the opening has a slight resemblance where they are getting the notes, but couldn't quite get the kulfi note. On the dry down it's about 65-70% similar. I heard it's supposed to be a mix of both TF and Dior L'Homme intense.
I still highly recommended it as it smells great, but definitely not really close to Noir Extreme as many reviewers are saying it is.

Bought it on sale 170 for 100ml which is still stupid expensive but I can live with it. Some like Xerjoff Uden 240€ for 50ml is just crazy…

I’ve seen a few reviews from a few years back for voux elegante but i trust your judgement Dallas! I have Fortune by Dua Brand, and they do it rly good. Although I’ve hear Alexandria does a rly good version of Naxos too.

That’s the price y’all foreign sellers do sell. It’s way cheaper in places like Africa. And even dirt cheap in the Middle East. This Naxos clone goes for around $15 in my country. Something like Calvin Klein goes for $38 for 100ml in my country too, but would be way cheaper in your own country, I suppose. You get the idea?

For me personally main issue with clones is that... those are clones and I know that. For me it's like buying fake "louis vuitton". So I feel myself cheap, like I'm pretending to be something that I'm not.
I'm NOT judging people who likes those, I like even cheap fragrances, it's all about just how I feel. If you like and you can rock it - great!
When it comes to fragrance, I don’t think that comparison should be made; Beauty is beauty, the scent should speak for itself. Especially when a clone is near or even better than what is cloning. Hawas by Rasasi vs Invictus, for example, or Carved Oud by Thameen vs Oud Wood by Tom Ford
I'll second what the other person responded but also mention that sometimes they aren't exact clones but flankers. And sometimes they are able to replicate discontinued fragrances and create mixes.
It's true that it's sometimes just better to save money and get originals especially when you can take advantage of retail discounts and what not.
But it's also an amazing world of fragrances thats almost silly if you like fragrances to not partake in it somewhat.
Just don't get exact clones if you feel cheap and look for flanker you might like that costs fractions of regular perfume you buy
