I have a 1994 ls400 that starts and runs but can’t drive because it’s starving fuel and since it is I put break cleaner into the intake and car revs fine all the way to redline but with out the break cleaner it won’t rev it just sputters and misses but can rev all the way up if I just play with the throttle body cable I’ve changed ecu and maf fuel dampers and fuel pump (twice) and I’ve also changed fuel filter and rebuilt the injectors if you can point in the right direction please I want to drive this car
I have code 51 l believe that's my ECU but I just replaced that so I don't know why the new one went out it's completely new. I didn't even get the old one fixed it. It ran fine for two weeks and then now it won't turn over. It only turns on every morning for five seconds then turns off on its own and then it refuses to turn over. I don't know what to do. I have a 93 that runs with no catalytic converters I didn't put the 02 adapters in yet because they came in the mail after my car took a dump. I don't know if that's why....

Check throttle position sensor, neutral safety switch, and a/c circuits
