May 14 n poste sir..61sqm 16mm and 12mm ang ginamit n bakal ...so pwede bng lagyan ng taas un kahit magdagdag nlng ng panibagong poste khit wala ng FTB
Engr ask ko lg po, pwede po ba nag tie beam lg yung ginamit sa foundation hindi na po nag lagay po ng plinth beam. tas naka patong yung hallow blocks sa tiem beam nag seserve as partition wall na po sa structure? 3 storey building.
Yes pwede po, for Slab on grade just be sure stable yung type of soil jan sa project mu and have well compacted with gravel bedding. Add rebar dowels on FTB prior for pouring if you are planning to include the wall partition. Thanks for watching
Normally we need to dewater using mechanical pump.. maglagay po ng small sump pit on the corner of footong para dun magdewater. Usually ginagawa na ito during excavation and lean concrete.
Salamat po sa reply. Hindi po ginawa ang dewatering ng Contractor nagbuhos po sya ng footing kahit maraming tubig. Ano po ba ang mangyayari pag ganoon ang ginawa ng Contractor. Pls enlighten po.
Ang ibig pong nyong sabihin ay nakomprimoso ang integrity ng structure at maging dahilan po ng failure ng structure, kasi pag ganito po ang epekto ay gusto ko po sanang ipahinto ang gawa ng Contractor dahil sa wrong construction.
*Sir Oliver, di po practical gumamit ng bored pile sa residential kung 2 storey lng naman.. Sympre, isa sa mga dahilan ay mas mahal etoh. Kinoconsider lng ung bored or cast in-situ piles kung masyadong mababa ung soil bearing capacity ng lupa (Soil Investigation Report) para ma withstand ung bigat ng structures as a whole. Ung depth ng piles ay madedetermine kung gaano kalalim ung strata. Correct me if i am wrong po*

Hi po sir. Hihingi po sana ako ng payo at opinion niyo po. Nagpapagawa po kami ng 2 storey house with roof deck po, 14ft by 16 ft lang po siya at may 6 columns with footing. Wala po kasi kaming engineer at DIY lang po yung pagpagawa namin kaya hindi po kami nakapagpalagay ng footing tie beam hindi pa naman po siya tapos po pero may chb na po sa 1st floor, ano po kayang magandang gawin para magwithstand po yung bahay sa lindol at bagyo po? Pwede pa po ba maglagay ng footing tie beam or ground beam or plinth beam po?

can be done but should not exceed on the column height at around 3 meters from footing to second floor elevation

Mababawasan yung strength ng concrete po. Madali lng nmn magdewater kahit yung Robin lang ang gamit okey napo yun.
