Fine guidance...
Good job engineer to point out these mistakes, but did you correct the common mistakes in plinth beam ?
Great information
👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
I didn't quite understand the the third mistake concerning beam and column.
Ya that's what m thinking, there is no steel making in factory for construction sites less than 6mm DIA bars,so better give proper clarification in TH-cam...thanking you
Helpful ........
What about extra top bar in junction of columns and beams.
Good sir.is the steel available less than 6 mm in market.
Are you sure that the stirrup is less than 6mm
No it depend on the structure if u used 6mm then reduce the span of strirup if 8mm increase a little bit
Is the newly prefabbed Rebar bearing on existing concrete or should it be sat on Rebar cover chairs or strips of concrete spacer blocks to ensure the correct amount of cover is achieved once pouring the Insitu concrete ???
it should 135 degrees for the hook include it to ur evaluation
Hello, can you suggest a book about this kind of topics?
What about spacing neer column is it L4?
Noted thank you sir 👌
Thank u so much
JAZAKALLAH
What will you do after you show these mistakes. Did you correct or you just skip it. Please update
maybe this not Engineer sami Project ... if this is his project he must will correct
Sir we can use 12mm 4 main bar and 16mm 2 bar in 3 floors building
Very nice sir
good job
Thank you for this video 🙏🙏
As per is 2000, stirup dia is greater than 5mm
Very good
Sir if the dia of the bottom beam is 10mm then can we provide extra bottom????
gentleman it is not a common mistake.
This is not designed by a structural engineer. It is done by a worker .
so you cannot expect more from this
great
Sir where are you from
sir i need your help i made a drawing of duplex house and i gave u shapes stair which is wind stair so my problem is about cross beam in roof i think i should show you my screen shot
BUT.. DOESN'T IT ALL DEPEND ON How many floors the building will be
hello friend
theres no 40mm concrete cover below the plinth beam
They were trying to save money and hoped the owners would not notice
I'm pretty sure it is a 4 bar beam. RSB at neutral axis are called web bars.
Is crank bar is required for plinth beam
What place is this?
I think the Reif at bottom shall not be less than 12mmm not 20mm.the steel shall be as per design.
So why the factory produce smaller steel beam if we can not use them?
Good
there is no clearance under bottom bars for concrete. creates a void around bottom bars. forms should be in place.
What is about sides bars ...is it ok or not
It depends on the roof also... May be its a dyna roof with not so much weight just like rcc slab which required bigger rod
Mr eng where is 135 degree bend and what's the stirrup spacing , where is bottom cover, 1
Sir what about hook length of stirrups sir I hope hook should be 135°
I want the plinth beam to have vertical offset at different locations... If I explain it further, usually complete plinth beam is at same elevation... But i want my plinth beam at some portion of home at different elevation... My floor level for whole house would be same... But the location where the elevation is low, I will use dpc at floor level... Can you answer that is this mandatory to make plinth level at same elevation or want is the reason for this, if so?
What is IS 462?
jiii... what's the 3rd mistake.... couldn't understand, that's why asking... kindly reply.
1)cover not provided
2) stirrups legs not proper
Sir we follow ACI codes nt IS
Steel looks like 6mm
wheir u make this video i m work in dubai stell superviser ten year i did not see like this beam what u share in chinal
A very big mistake by you was the measurement of Centre to centre of stirrups. You should measure it from the centre of a stirrup bar to the centre of next stirrup bar. But instead you measured from end to end.
c/c distance is same.... if you measure an outer edge of one stirrup to other's outer edge...
Fifth mistake. Stirrups hook in 135 degree not provide.
Stirrup is more than 6 mm there. Im sure
30 inch what u mean
Stirupps looks like 8mm 🤔🙃
Why providing side reinforcement.... it’s unnecessary unless beam depth is more than 750 mm
Brother mashwara yeh hai ke ap urdu may video banaya krein taa k sab ko samajh ajaye
It's bull shit. Plinth fails due to tensile stress. How come they provided 3 rods vertically and only 2 rod horizontally? It should be the other way around.
Normal se pun la 15 cm ,nu la 30.
Choto
Gph0
my mistri didnot give any development length in corners
hwo fucked am I already one plinth beam is done but other sides are left
Because he might not know. So it's better to research yourself because your money will be wasted at the end.

1ft and 13inches 😂😂😂
Tell you hindi
1.Stirrup Dia is even little more then 6 MM.
2.Stirrup distance was around 12 Inches.1/2inch difference doesn't make any difference.
Should some solid reason to make Video, but here Money
Hindi please
It’s all wrong, space between the bean supposed to be 15cm, you can use 18mm steel for the ground beam. A lot of mistakes
18 mm what??? Wasting money,
Its for 3 floor building
Just single floor 10 more than enough

How do you technically design a circular column's stirrups?
