These prices can't last too long. Even rentals are $800-$950 for 1 bedrooms and they are NOT even updated or beautiful apartments. Plus, it's not like the city is offering 300 days of sunshine. Sorry, Cleveland needs to calm down with these prices.
Yeah I said that about Brooklyn, NY - we have horrible apartments that aren’t even $1000 . Even worse if you are trying to buy and you damn sure aren’t evicting in 60 days . Try more like 60 months.

Extra utility service charges added to bills to badly insulated century old houses in a freezing cold winter season where the salt or elements destroy more streets and sidewalks make it expensive to take care of any home or building investment. Sidewalks are never cleared of snow, ice, brush, broken glass, trees, trash, etc so people walk in the street making it a dangerous to live in too.
