One criticism is I think against energy you played the game very conservatively game one, you spent a turn killing ajani when you could have just sent the Tasha’s at their face, think of mill as a burn deck, if you can kill them before they will ever reasonably kill you (you had 2 tashas and an archive trap against a very low cmc deck) then it’s best to just do that, because they can draw out of you playing controlling, but they can’t outdraw you killing them in 2 turns.
Tako how do you feel about commandeer/sublety/jtms mono u control? Edit, could you come up with a spirits list? I feel like the right list w spirits would be nuts in timeless, but i dont have the cards to play around with it. Azorius spirits seem like the could be powerful having swords and possibly stoneforge?
Ashiok's Erasure is another fun card here. I was playing Rogues with Surgical Extraction and Ashiok's Erasure for a bit in Timeless. Cunning Nightbonder makes it more playable though.

Why were you surprised by the Blood Moon in match 2 game 2 against the Energy deck? They were playing it maindeck and you already saw it in game 1 (it was exiled with Tasha).
