I just played against you and you were running a zagra food combo balmurk jarsyl reanimate i was so confused but somehow it worked? The cats and food tokens were outweighing the lifeloss of reanimate i guess

Iam wondering how you never get punished investing so much in graveyard. One resolved hearse or other gy hate and 17cards are obsolote.

Oculus just beats up energy so well I feel like it's totally worth sacrificing the Lurrus. As others mentioned it also plays very well with mana drain. Balemurk and unearth I'm a bit skeptical on though. Dropping treasure cruise is totally an option. You could also play less than 4 copies of Oculus, I don't think Murktide is usually a 4-of.

Overlord + Oculus are so nice with Mana Drain. Finally some solid mana sinks instead of just getting a Lurrus back.

Andrea Mengucci has been testing Oculus out in Modern. Is it in part that Brainstorm is some of the glue to hold together an Oculus deck (allowing you to play more delve-like cards)?

Finally come a long way to UB list using Oculus. Tested a few shells, but I think you're supposed to play Balemurk. The card is too good. Doesn't get hit by Spell Snares and Pierce. And might be the only way to play Treasure Cruise along with Oculus Also, full tilt with 3 timestamps😂: 33:47 - Mulligan gone wrong 38:07 - Punt - When trying to bait out Endurance gone wrong 43:13 - Brainstorm gone wrong

I changed the mana base in the outro, but if you want to play the same manabase as I did in the games, you could try Nethergoyf instead of deathrite shaman.

what about the trolll reanimate papckage? troll is great for the phoenix to pitch since you dont have to exile your whole grave midgame but just 1 card and reanimate is just generically nuts with jarsyl, thoughseize(to reanimate enemy creature after discard) and also just to reanimate thje troll is agood clock

any graveyard hate at all ruins this deck

I have been suspecting that Altanak might be a trap, I have been cutting it during SB

Altanak is also bad because if they have a bowmasters (which most decks will in timeless lol) it gives them an infinite to make you draw out your whole deck with targeting triggers

The reason your Goyf was still 7 power at the end of game one is because Fear of Missing Out is an enchantment too.

Trying out Delirium again with Jarsyl this time. Haven't been too impressed with Flytrap or Balustrade Wurm, so decided to see how Jarsyl is here. Another thing you can do with the deck is having some copies of fatal push instead of unholy heat. But it won't be able to kill ajani planeswalker and things like that, but push will make killing frog and nethergoyf easier.

i've played alot of auras... when i face other opponents, i never see them use the ruckus tech. I know it though and i'm 99% to win if i use it against and opponent. it works extremely well versus the energy decks.
