Dr. Berg, I have Long term Lyme and I lost my ability to walk. I can shuffle, and hobble. I started colostrum and watched my legs shrink in size due to reducing the inflammation. I walked today for the first time in 4 years. I was only able to walk for around 15 minutes before needing to lie back down, but what a Celebration! 🎉 Many of your recommendations have contributed, but today your gift of health caused me to walk. The gifts you give are beyond measure. Blessings to you.🙏

Consider using red/near-infrared light on different parts of your body. Start slow with pushing yourself. Keep up the progess at a safe pace. All the best! Check out PubMed for studies on photobiomodulation.

Wow.. at the age of 40 I realised we Indians used to make a recipe using "fresh colustrum" and jaggery and letting ir set for few hrs or overnight , I don't remember exactly and we called it "teli". Infact in some small towns you can still find milkmen sharing this to its customers... it is so wonderful to figure out why our ancestors did what they did and this is happening almost in every culture wherein we are rediscovering our ancestors old wisdom and it is sooo fascinating..❤

So my favorite Amish farm that has A2 raw organic dairy everything was out of that Ultra heavy cream I dream about... So I decided today was the day to try their raw organic a2 unpasteurized colostrum. Before I found this video I decided to drink down half the bottle 6 oz which is quite a bit more then a quarter of a teaspoon per night lol so I really hope I don't have any bad reaction.
I'm working with a CRA contact reflex analysis muscle tester specialist and she just worked me up yesterday for a bunch of supplements to heal my gut as the top priority before adding or resume other supplements to treat other issues. The variety of benefits of taking colostrum that are listed online is staggering.... And I must believe that the liquid gold fresh out of a pasture-raised mama cow will be superior to any powder from anywhere... hope it helps and eager to hear helps and eager to hear about any of your positive results of using either fresh liquid or powdered colostrum for leaky gut, anything autoimmune, or any other condition . Thank you to Dr Berg and other truth sharers end to the brave farmers who make these fine healing raw products available❤ 🙏

My husband could not have gall bladder surgery because of damage to his trachea. We had been fighting high fevers with chorine dioxide and on stabilized aloe and plant based supplements. After prayer I was directed to a lady that sales colestrum egg supplement and after 7 days the fever stopped and his pain. He had also been taking milk thistle but really is a miracle because he got to where he couldn’t eat. I knew dr Judy Mikovits had said in her book plague of corruption that all blood and vaccines were tainted because viruses had been put into blood from them using calf dog etc tissue and she showed where this was causing cancer. All I know is it worked to heal his health.

TIP : Take it away from meals. My Colostrum specifically says the benefits are blocked in the presence of Insulin and should be taken at least 2 hours after the last meal of the day. So like Dr. Berg said, before bed, and sleep afterwards (Intermitten Fasting). I've taken this stuff in the past and never felt any benefit, now I know why ! I used to put it in my coco or take it at random times during the day when I would just eat again anyways and erase all its benefits as soon as I raised Insulin.

vera bolyshkanov Vera, 500mg of the best or highest grade Colostrum you can get. It’s like taking a Probiotic. You need to change up the manufacturer every bottle or two you consume. Make sure it’s Grassfed product. If you’re still having problems, I’d say either you didn’t stick with it long enough or perhaps you also have Sibo or any other number of gut problems including Candida etc.

    • @nokturnalivory
      @nokturnalivory 5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

Felicia Cole Bailey I think everyone’s timeline will be different. I’d recommend minimum 3-6 months but you may need less or more depending on your starting Gut health. You have to consider how long have you been Keto, Paleo, taking a Probiotic and working on your Gut biome or are you starting from scratch? It could take a whole year. You could say right now Dairy really causes a problem, but a year from now. You might be able to have Sour cream, Ice cream or a Pepperoni cheese pizza. Changing your Gut health is an experimental process. You may not even need Colostrum and just need a Whole30 or check for Food allergies by doing an Elimination diet

Love your videos! just a friendly suggestion... Maybe make another extended cut with more "why" colostrum is providing the benefitial effects you discuss in this video. Normally you go into much more detail on why something is providing the health benefits and even provide evidence. Why not in for this video? If not the evidence, atleast the "why".

I started taking bovine colostrum last week, but do adf with a two day weekly fast as well. (Fast 4/eat 3).
I'm torn because of atophagy. I can feel that I'm not getting into atophagy even with a small amout in the am and pm.
However, I need the healing benefits of colostrum, too.
I may skip colostrum on my 2day weekly fast...

I blend colostrum powder with blueberries, yogurt, olive oil, and baking soda. It is a spinoff of the Budwig protocol where they use flax oil and cottage cheese.
I also blend colostrum with tomatoes, bell peppers, garlic, cayenne, Himalayan salt, and oregano to make a sauce to put ontop of my well salted crockpot meats and cook it on low for 6 to 8 hours. I am using this protocol I found to fight gut infection that likely caused my cancer. Meat has a hard time being digested without plenty of glucose cooked with it because candida yeast don't really like plain cooked meats. I salt my meats with Himalayan salt and some boron/borax. Boron is the master mineral that has been removed from the farmlands and is vital for linking minerals and ions in the body for a proper functioning system.

    •  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

DALE SOLLARS I use the budwig protocol as well but I’ve never heard of this spin off. Can you share where you found it and why you’re using olive oil instead of flax seed oil? Wondering if I can use this in my bone broth to heal my gut as well

I love your videos and have recently learned about colostrum. I practice keto and IF. I am trying to understand when the best time to take colostrum is. I have read many things that say that it’s best to take on an empty stomach or just before bed. That said, if I start my fast around 6 PM and don’t go to bed until around 9, would it break my fast to drink colostrum just before bed or would it be better to drink it mixed in bone broth as I am breaking my fast the next day? I have looked everywhere online and can not seem to find an answer to this. I am really hopeful that you will weigh in on this. Thank you for your time and your videos.

I don't think Colostrum is a PRE-biotic or PRO-biotic or FIBER so not sure what Colostrum is really. Some colostrum is LESS soluble compared to others which also not sure how to tell which colostrum is soluble.
