  • So what you would decide Manhattan vs Brooklyn Condo?
Are you relocating to the NYC area or maybe you already live here? Can’t decide on buying Manhattan Real Estate or take the subway to and from Brooklyn? Then this video is just for you. We will explain one 2 bed / 2.5 bath condo in a Luxury Manhattan Condo designed by Portuguese Architect Álvaro Siza and then a 3 bed / 2.5 bath with an outdoor terrace in a Park Slope new development designed by The Brooklyn Home Company. The Manhattan Condo offers NYC Skyline views and high end ultra-modern finishes. The Brooklyn Condo offers Park Slope views and a softer palette with warmer wood and soft white tones. An added benefit of The Brooklyn Home Company new construction projects is that they are built to Passive House Standards. So what do you think, city vs subway?

Brooklyn for sure over the Manhattan matchbox.

In general I would agree, but the Siza building is pretty cool with amazing amenities. Also to be fair the unit that faces the river with out the midtown view is a 3 bed for basically the same price.

it was frustrating not to get a better look at the living room in the Manhattan apartment. For example, 3:38 I was wondering what the structure on the back wall was. A bar perhaps? overall I just did not have a feel of the living room or its views.

@@7aloha7 Sorry, not sure I follow your question 3:38 is in the primary bedroom? If you can clarify the timestamp I can take a look for you.

@@Jeff-Suburbs-of-NYC I am not sure how the timestamp got there in my comment I was referring to the living room and not being able to get a good look at it. for example what is the piece of furniture on the back wall of the living room. (please disregard the time stamp.)

@@7aloha7 I think you are referring to the custom millwork TV wall with a shelves and drawers. I am guessing that is part of the staging.
