What I said is that employers (which is a known fact) when wanting to fire an employee instead of firing them they make life difficult and impossible for the person(s) so that it forces the person to quit. I am already far too familiar with this tactic. At same time I did not say I am going to quit. I can choose to go elsewhere but only to be faced with the same and or similar circumstances
Don't drive for anyone dive for yourself and use a lose leaf log on paper with no log numbers every day you have endless hours and don't have to deal with people like that, I've been driving for 36 years and i turn 4600 to 5100 miles a week with my wife setting shotgun and my 389 is wide open she'll turn triple digits i paid for a 246,000 dollar truck in 2 years and trade every 5 years im retiring next year, keep the wheels up and the doors closed be good out there 👍
When i did over the road back in 2010, for a year, all the freight was east. Every time i went out west, it seemed like i would go out there and sit. Also, although ive been local since '12, it seems the vast majority of companies act just like you said your company is acting. It's the industry. I just make sure not to complain and do what they assign. That's probably why I'm still with my company, if i left I'd just get the same treatment somewhere else.
You are 100% absolutely correct. I did not have a choice as a driver was threatening me and then had other drivers join n and they threatened to kill me and all kinds of stuff. I always kept my mouth shut n the past but I let these very things happen to me and my career was destroyed. After 7 years of college and 3 degrees I now have to drive a truck. So now I don’t care anymore. So if they fire me for that reason so b it but at least I’m loving myself for the first time n my life. Thank you so very much for your support because all other comments prior to yours were not nice
Hell I drove for a German company I was the only American in the company in Europe. Different trucks, different color trucks, different country different people, different language ...... Same BS...

Well I appreciate that thanks. But honestly I am all out of options and I will have to go thru the exact same things possibly even worse no matter where I go and no matter what profession I choose. I’m 56. Based on comments I’m thinking people r only watching some of my videos and it’s a series so if anyone hasn’t seen them n the proper order then they would never b able to even begin to understand what’s happening. I apologize for misunderstanding what ur goal was.
