Recently, i developed rheumatoid arthritis and chronic urticaria is getting worse. Been taking methotrexate and prednisone on top of my other maintenance meds as prescribe by my team of doctors. But lately, i have been experiencing from bloatness, acidity, feel sick like vomiting, headache, and loose poop. In short, i am not feeling well 😔. Maybe im stressed out, lack sleep, overworked, anxious or all of these. Thank you , SO MUCH. I've been trying to heal the leaky gut that has been the source of untold health issues, including chronic migraines, for over half my life. I have been completely off all sugars and fructose, all grains, all sugar substitute, and all pre-packaged poison food. Now I've started taking L-Glutamine to heal. However, I don't know HOW MUCH L-GLUTAMINE TO TAKE. Gut has been leaky for about 50 years due to heavy use of ibuprofen, heavy antibiotics, and candida. Trouble all started with antibiotics as a child, which helped to create the candida...and the story rolls from there. I'm taking 1,000 to 1,500 mgs a day. Taking in-between meals. I'm taking capsules. You've indicated that powder is best and to mix and drink it first thing in the morning. Question = HOW MUCH??? And just once daily?? Thank you for this video and your help. If you are available to reply to my question, I'd appreciate it very very much. I wish you well.

    This was a really informative video, thank you! I've only just discovered your video's. A friend of mine actually has had diverticulitis and ended up in hospital a couple of times. Is this condition treated in a similar way to leaky gut? I'm going to check your SIBO video also. I was wondering if one condition is more related to nutrient deficiencies than another? Does leaky gut also present as symptoms of diarrhoea? Is it possible to have BOTH leaky gut and SIBO? Thank you!

    • @drrajsree
      @drrajsree  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Thanks for watching! Yes SIBO can be associated with nutrient deficiencies. Diarrhea can be seen in either leaky gut or SIBO. Yes, it's possible to have both conditions. Best, RN

    Great video and explanation, have you ever come across leaky gut causing chronic cough. I’ve had a full cough work up and there doesn’t seem to be a cause, maybe a little cough variant asthma but I have a feeling it’s lots of little things contributing as it comes and goes and only slightly better with inhaled steroids. No rhyme or reason, some periods are better than others, I think it’s gone, then it’s back and I can’t figure out any patterns causing it.

I have to watch Dr. Rajsree video's to sometimes tell my docs what to look for, etc. That is the sad part. If I was a doc, I would be looking at other good youtube videos of other docs just to be in the "know". I hope they stumble upon Dr. Rajsree's youtube site. I wish we could clone Dr. Rajsree to practice in Arizona, or maybe get her to do Virtual appointments :) Maybe one day she will offer some good telehealth for all of us in need of a good doc :) Keep up the great work Dr. Rajsree and team.
