James is on his way back to the sheds when he makes a freaky discovery on an old abandoned section of line. When Thomas catches wind, he tells James and the other engines about a locomotive that used to work on the railway before many of them arrived. Gordon doesn't believe Thomas at first, only for karma to bite him in the tender tank the following night when he gets quite the scare...

Sweet may mother of Autism. It feels good to be back after 7 months of absence. Sorry about that. If you want the full details of it, look at the post. Apologies if a long absence comes about again in the future.
This took bloody ages to render with Sony Vegas freezing at random points during the rendering process. As a result, I had to render this in sections and loosely join it together. Admittedly, there are a few TINY black flickers between some clips, but I'm sure you won't take much notice of those.

You know what would have made for A better ending if there was an epilogue and Gordon asked James why he was running around the middle of the night pulling just one coach only to find out James wasn't out that night

Well, This somehow tying into the Wandering Coach via Afton’s appearance to give Gordon a scare was a neat surprise for us viewers.
I like the part where u put afton to scare Gordon before the half engine came ,maybe ur next story should be about the ghost train of the gap or Timothy

welcome back brad first time I seen you in 7 months you did a good job at the adaptation
Nice work featuring the Half-faced Engine
Personally I think the chattering teeth sound effect and the record scratch kind of kills the grim mood. Don’t get it wrong they’re good sound effects for comedic moments, but when somethings meant to be taken seriously they kind of take you out of the moment.
Most notably the metal gear alert sound effect kind of messed with the reveal of the half engine in my opinion. It made it come across as comical rather than terrifying.
Overall though, it’s a pretty decent remake.
Edit: Just making sure, what is the original writer of the story credited? I couldn’t find anything about Narrow Gauge in the description

Examples 1: Whenever Dennis is Asked to Shunt Their Trains They Would Do it Themselves
2: When He is Resting or Refueling They Would Come over and Say Horrible Things or Blow Steam at Him.
Dennis Feels Sad and Angry Whenever They Did That Thomas Notice This and Talks to Dennis Saying to Just Ignore Them and He'll Prove to Them That He is No Longer The Lazy Shunter He Was Known For. Dennis Did Get His Chance When Henry Broke Down While Pulling a Heavy Goods Train to Vicarstown and Dennis Manages to Pull Both Henry and His Train to Vicarstown Right on Time. After That Sir Topham Hatt Congratulated Dennis For His Hard Work and He Scolded The 3 Big Engines For How They Treated Him and Punish Them By Making Them Shunt and Pull Goods Trains For a Whole Month. Gordon, Henry and James Along with Some of The Other Engines Apologize to Dennis They All Became Good Friends and Everyone Now Agrees That Dennis is a Really Useful Engine
