It's also worth mentioning that anyone with the ice debuff during thunder phase needs to be on their own levitating tile, or far away from each other on one otherwise the ice boulders tether together and explode.
An MTQ EX guide!! I got my clear but have been hesitant to join a random PF, will watch this a couple times before jumping back in. Your guides are the absolute best, tysm!
you might have done it now but light parties are also split into two. So each light party has 1 tank 1 healer and 2 dps. thats for tanking aoes that drop on healers. But every light party also has 2 other aoes that they get so they must split into two as well the usual and most common is tank and melee stick together and range and healer stick together. If more melee or range decide who you with at the start. Communication here is a must. Just say hey I will stick with healer or tank in my light party and there ya go. (light parties usually left and right side) To help I advise just focus targeting your partner in light party. Naturaly range users stick towards the back of arena and melee stays at the front. that way you know where who is.
@@ErrorGameManiac I'm planning to give this a try this week. The last extreme i did when it was current was Tsukuyomi and in a different datacenter, so i'm a bit anxious about the whole etiquette thing. Is there a set pattern for splitting up left and right? Or do i just say "i'll take back right" at the beginning?
@@Naryoril at the start teams usualy split into two groups. So one healer will go right one healer goes left. The team just splits to the two sides of the healers. So 1 tank will join the healer on left side and 2 dps will fallow. We dont always say anything but as I said its best to make sure by communicating. One way is simply put marker on healers. That way its healer 1 and healer 2 and you can say I will stick with healer 2 group. or just walk near healer 2 and people usualy visualy understand you will be in that side. as etiquette goes. If your range and healer 2 already has range dps you go to healer 1 as there should be 1 range 1 melee dps per healer group. Unless party has 3 range. 2 groups of healer 1 and 2. Each healer has dedicated dps who will stick with them to share damage stack while other dps will share damage stack with tank (though tanks dont need it it still reduces dmg quite significantly even for them). For most part you dont need to fallow healer only remember when you need to stack together with your group or just the healer/tank to split dmg. Fight is fairly easy and new gear is out now so almost no change to fail due to enrage unless non stop deaths.

Long time watcher and subscriber, first time commenting. I watched your Everkeep Guide and it was the best guide and one I could easily understand. As always your guides are top notch thanks so much for always being my raid guide! 💕
Should also add this guide was easy to follow as well and helped me clean up the mechanics I was having problems with thanks so much for helping people get the clears
Everything is right in the world again
Long time. We missed you!
Thank you! Yours are still the best guides by far!

That's pretty important lmao

I wish I was good at remembering all these dang mechanics LOL.
Took me five hours but once you get the rhythm down, its actually not that bad.
This was so clear and succinct!
Man I wish Valigarmanda wasn't so big, I can barely zoom out enough to see him.
Missed these guides! Glad to have our raid sherpa back, even if there isn't a pun.

holy kiss ass
we are SO back
We're so back.
Is there a discord for people who have never done extremes that could help with the process?
Is there a way to get the markers for this macro'd for ease? or was there a diagram at the beginning I might have missed? :D
insane mechanics here
Do you tank swap after or during the swap tower
o snap
HELLO!?! BLAST FROM THE PAST?!
YIPPEE
At 11:45, why is the tankbusters (ice talon) on the dragoon ? Anyone ?
It targets the top two emnity (aggro) targets, tank or not.
11:45: the voice over very clearly states that "the top 2 enmity players get targeted" ergo the Dragoon was number 2 hence the tankbuster
❤❤❤
