For those saying Nitrotek are bad; they are simply a UK supplier/importer for these models. This car is made by HSP. So any quality issues rests on them, not Nitrotek. Just got one of these myself recently; it's great! Probably one of the smallest RC cars with an engine in it the world haha

Bought this recently and started the engine the wheels keeping spining and remote is not working if i knew how complicated these where to set up i would of deffo not got it
try and lean the engine if it’s running rich it could be bogging down, but if you didn’t break the engine in like in the video then you would have to look at repairing any damaged parts
This and any other combustion engine car is just as resistant to water as a normal car. Drive into the water with the engine running, and then when the engine will suck some water inside, check how much it costs to replace broken connecting rods, piston rings, swollen piston and cylinders (I learned my lesson on 2T motorbike). I will not mention the water-resistance of cheap servos, receiver and bearings, because it is also a myth. For example receiver box inside 1/10 HSP Buggy was not sealed in any possible way.
Jake Billing It’ll run the engine lean witch will make it hot an your running it dry....you were doing a break in so that would be the worst time for a engine to run lean an dry, it’s a 2stroke......even once it’s broke in you shouldn’t run it empty imagine being at WOT an you run it dry, that engine isn’t gonna last to long, I mean if you don’t care about engine life keep doing it, but if you want it to last then don’t run it empty
