I smashed my last 2 RC’s with a sledge hammer at 2am on the garage floor. So it’s not enough of a challenge just to get one engine runnin but you thought hey this sounds like fun? Damn bro my hats off to you! Just damn wow! Lol
Not many twin nitros anymore. Subbed to support the hobby. Im just getting back in after nearly 15 years away. I used to run a number of nitros maxx kyosho and ofna buggies thunder tiger truggies and my first ever rc was a nitro evader st. I liked nitro for the run time back then, but started racing electrics more after a couple years and was hooked. There is just so much more you can tune with electrics i loved it.
Bro that's pretty cool what you did , the only downside would be there couldn't possibly be any run time with that small tank supplying both engines. If you could get same tank but taller you would be ok. Really cool though. My pullstart started slipping after 30 or so pulls on same car so your lucky.
I recently acquired a buggy that’s missing the top plate by the servo I see that you said your only mounting to maybe put a receiver on it does that mean you can run it with out that brace
That was an Exceed Blur, right? What have you done for the diffs, on my Blaze which is the electric version with a brushed motor I would always strip the gears. Do you know where to find metal diff gears?
Tuning one nitro engine is difficult. I can only imagine the implications of two. Even on a good day with a single motor you can yank this much so I'm glad you didnt get discouraged. Keep up the great work know by default nitro isnt very popular I would say to the average rc enthusiast so you may never get tons of views but the ones you do get matter more than any 200k view video. Got my sub and look forward to future content.
I’m not sure how easy you managed to make startup in the end but I think JohnnyQ90 improved it by having a single carb and a belt to connect the two motors. Look forward to more and seeing how you went! Greetings from Australia 🇦🇺 😀😎
Looks Sweettt just started watching the video maybe 2 min in lmao, but the engines both spin one way, and their on either side of spur gear so the engine on the right would be trying to spin the spur the opposite way as the engine on yhe left and vice-versa? Still haven't watched the whole video so I might get my awnser but lmao
Incorrect... 2 motor spinning the same direction one on each side of the spur gear are not fighting each other they both spinning spur gear the same direction
I was about to message that about the exhaust there's to much back pressure on the exhaust you need a larger expension chamber or it will keep cutting out when you rev it hard builds up to much pressure
Hey, if you turn one of the carbs around so both the carb sliders are in the middle, and use a freely rotating servo arm between them you can connect the throttle rod to it and have it control both carbs at the same time. Also: Pulling a flooded engine like that causes damage to multiple parts, so you should tune them both individually first.
another sweet video! I'll never get tired of your crazy conversions! I have a humble request though... while I know it has been done, I would love to see your take on a losi mini lst converted to nitro. I'm sure you have already considered it, I mean your kinda running out of options for mini's lol

YOU ARE FLOODING THE OTHER ENGINE! with that configuration it may be twin inline or twin parallel? Put both engine's igniter or ignite both together and you only have to crank either one of them since it affects the other one due to the gear mount
The gear only connects both engines when they are both spinning, since the clutches aren’t engaged even at idle. I did realize the starting procedure was flooding the second one later on, though.
@@mininitrorccheck JohnnyQ90's twin nitro engine I hope you can get lot of info from him... he connected the 2 engines with only 1 clutch bell and the pistons are in inline twin... it is a good video
No one's going to give you one, but nitro stuff tends to go for cheap on the second-hand market because there's not much demand. Check eBay and the classifieds for some of the forums. If you want something new, the Himoto Mini Rattler is pretty much the same car as shown in this video without the custom twin-engine conversion. But I'd strongly recommend getting a 1/10th or 1/8th scale car instead, the engine will be easier to work with.

Is it a 1.14cc nitro engine?
You might benefit from setting up another fuel tank. These do not hold enough fuel and you'll be cutting the run time in half with just one
