A small, small Ghana series - a German being Vegan in Ghana

Being vegan and going to a different country can be challenging! Here's my experience how I "survived" as a vegan in a very not vegan loving country: Ghana. Although Ghana might not be known for many vegan dishes, most meals can be easily converted into being meatless. Once you figured that out, you're good to go and you will enjoy delicious, healthy and nutritious food! So, enjoy :D.
