Importing...You lost me at 7:19. You were going to the folder, and then...I don't know what words you said next, but you were suddenly looking at a different screen, and importing from a selected folder.
To import your One Note, open your File Explorer (that is the screen he suddenly switched to) and navigate to where your exported One Note notebook file is stored. Double click that exported file, and it will open One Note and prompt you with the import dialog.
Got damn it you cant present something under the title office 365 that does no longer work with current programms. The export funktion as shown is no longer present in ONE NOTE!!!
There are 2 diffirent One Note application, for some reason. One of them is just "One Note", and the other one "One Note for Windows 10" I am using Windows 11, but somehow I installed Windows 10 version, and had the trouble you were having.

How do I do this on Mac, when I double press nothing happens!
I got the gist of this, but the poor video quality made it very hard to read, on my 27" screen.
I do not have the same options and what his UI is showing is not the same as mine
