Doctor's Hospital Duty Bag: COVID Essentials

Hi everyone!!
I’m Fate Cunanan, a medical doctor from the Philippines.
I had been going to hospital duties as a Moonlighter or General Practitioner. And so, for today’s episode, I would just like to share what I usually bring with me specifically for this pandemic. A lot has changed and so my must-haves. I only bring with me this specific bag which I can spray on disinfectant and clean easily. Contrary to my “very tita” and “dala ang buong bahay” usual kind of duty bag, all the things I bring now are the most essentials that are easy to clean and bring with. The lesser, the better! We do not want to expose too much things for the viruses and all sorts of bacteria to cling on.
Even if you are not working in a hospital, some of the things I bring, you could also bring and use at your workplace everyday. Sharing with you my personal essentials and must-haves for my hospital duty bag.
