I thought, when I first heard this song back in the early 90's, that this was Patsy Cline. When I heard it was Patty, I became a fan and never stopped being a fan. Why isn't she in the Country Music Hall of Fame? What more does she have to accomplish?

I heard this today for the first time in many years and was again floored by her performance, and one of my first thoughts was this is a Patsy quality performance. I actually prefer this live version over her record. Just a bit more power live!

I have never been as mesmerized by a performer as I was by her, the rare artist who is even better live than on studio recordings.
I say it all the time. She enthralled the audiences that I saw her perform in front of.
