Again villagers in DS3 are huge but from player perspective they are more "human sized" in proportions. For ultrakill this might not be the case because there are enemies that have tricky weak points. Gabriel is big yet he's fast as hell. It's probably just because enemies are demons (for the most part). You know, stronger, more durable and overall monstrous. V1 is small probably because he needs to be fast and mobile. It's a robot after all, metal and cables. Reduction in weight. Just a small theory tho
His Prime form is based on his form before he got sent to hell and became a husk so he's probably average height. His crown probably makes him taller tho

You could've use squares on blocks for measuring For example, V1 is 10 cube blocks tall, while ________ is ______ blocks tall or something like that. Druid could be somewhat presicely calculated by measuring his feet horisontally and spine+head vertically.
I feel like while v1 is like short as fuck, he is way better at being agile than any other demon or machine, considering he's the only one who heals from blood.
although i didn’t show it in the video v2 is of the same size as v1 which i don’t think makes too much sense. v2 has bigger thicker plates (due to not healing instantly from blood) and so he should be bigger. it would make sense in the lore and make him slightly easier as a boss

Another way to find a "ruler" might be compare the sanbox with the actual default map from the original Gmod. Use the model from a character with oficial height and use it as a measure for something in that map, the pass it to the equivalent in the sandbox and go from it.
Come to think of it, Street Cleaner looking similar and being ~same size as v1 makes sense. Our technology is often the same thing but with small changes for diffrent purposes. (phones, cars, etc.)
Slight correction about the Idol: It is definitely taller than V1. If you spawn a couple of them right next to each other, you'll see that a majority of their height is hidden die to clipping into the ground (giving a sense of actual rock being hardened into the ground for a long time) and they are wayyyy taller than how they look in a normal spawn scenario.

Remember, in the terminal log of the filth it's said that a husk is the measure of the soul inside of it and King Minos' is pretty high in measure(I mean it's a whole Prime Soul) So it does (kinda) make sense that this is how he is built
