I saw in your video that the 9050 supports the 'telecom loop' system. I know that one of the upgrades to the 9050 was the support of Auracast. Does this mean that the 9050s support both telecoil loop AND Auracast? I currently have the 9040s and in my trial period. After see many reviews about the 9050s I efinitely will be trading my 9040s in for the 9050s due to the enhanced features they have.
I got these as a first time hearing aid. Either I expected too much, or mine are defective or improperly adjusted. After 3 visits, noisy crowded areas are horrible. Unlike the pictures you show, they dont fit that perfect unless I put the HA on top of my ear! I have been in 3 times for adjustments. The last time I was told that they would use the Phillips programing vs the COSTCO to see how things go. My hearing is moderate on the high end. When I turn up the volume, instead of getting what I would expect, louder input in my ear, it seems as though they are just removing the bass end. Not pleased at all. Phone calls are not good, folks say it sounds like I am in a can.
Please contact your hearing healthcare provider at Costco for assistance. The overall sound quality is expected to become more natural over time with regular use. The hearing aids often sound sharp and clear rather than loud/more bass when adjusted for high frequency hearing loss. Also, the length of the wire can be adjusted if that is a fit issue. Hope you and your provider can find a solution that works well for you. Thank you for watching!
These are my first aids also. It is tinny but i adjusted them using the app on my phone and brought the treble down a little and raised mid a bass. My major problem is when i receive a phone call. I can’t turn it up loud enough. If I’m in a large store when on the phone I can barely hear the person on the other end. Everything is turned up as loud as possible. If I’m in a quiet room it’s ok but not great.
How can i stream audio from phone?

Auracast will be available via a firmware update, and there is a telecoil which can be used with loop systems or landline phones. Thanks for watching!

@@ProFitHearing Thanks, I tried the next size up wire, and it is way too long.
The hearing aid goes on top of your ear. For crying out loud, where did you think it went?
