- In this video I discuss about the Chutia community of Assam. The Chutia people are one of the ethnic groups that are native to Assam and historically associated with the Chutia kingdom. Originally Chutias were part of a single group of people who migrated from ancient China around 4000 years ago and are today known by various names such as Bodos, Kacharis, Dimasas, etc. The Chutias probably separated from other Bodo-Kachari groups in the 7th century.

Dont spread lies they were nevet Bodo theh were Chutiya and Assamese never seperated them there are Bodos in upper Assam known as Mech Kochari
