You have mixed up koch and Dimasa history. With all due respect, the word kochari came from koch(kochari) but it was picked by Assamese and bengali people and later used to address dimasa and other mongoloid people in Assam, so this creates confusion for people who aren't well versed in history.
The first sentence you said in video itself is in koch language, not Dimasa. "Pra Ari, Korosa Ari Jong pari lari lari" Koro-sa ari(korosari) which later developed to kosari in bengali and Assamese tongue, it means koro(koch) sa= people and ari means flesh or bloodline. In dimasa we call ari as "hain" or "hain tzi"
When tripuri younger brother was were separated from dimasa elder brother till that time dimasas were known as boro but younger brother didn't leave Boro identity now known as kok borok/borok in tripura,, ln bangladesh tripura they are known as Boro by others not as kok borok,,all bangladesh nations called them as boro,, even Adivasis who went from golaghat my village to work in karbi angling know all this fact bcoz he met tripuries with those theory,, tripuries claimed they never left word boro,,dimasa and tripuri is just identity of geographical location,,we bodos don't claim dimasa kingdom but claimed tripuries as our own it's same like twins wheather unnamed or named,, Boro and borok are same,, dimasas fought ahoms not mughals Stop claimed that dimasas fought mughals even zeme Naga claimed they're living in haflong before dimasas,, dimasas are migrants in zeme nagas land ,Stop claiming chutia,Sonowal, deori,Moran came out from dimasas,,both tripuries and dimasas came out from boros ,, dimasas and tripuries is Just geographical identity but community was boro

The Danava dynasty was the first legendary line of rulers in Pragjyotisha, established by Mahiranga Danava. The dynasty was of Kirata origin.
King Mahiranga was first King of Danava dynasty of assam(Actually Mairang= uncook rice in bodo language and Later Sanskritised to Mahiranga). Then after that Hatakasur, Salasthamba mech, Haria mech, etc. Then later Asura dynasty, Mech Dynasty(21 mech rulers) , Koch dynasty, kamtapur, etc.
So, we can see earlier king in Assam was Boro king from pre historic period.
Kamrupa( kam= burn, rupa= form) was ruled by Boro(mech tribes) for a long time. Our history was in kamrup thats y today many Boros r found in Guwahati areas who r real inhabitants of that region. Some sells their land and migrate to other areas for cultivation becz boro people livelihood r cultivation.
During Bhutanese era, So many Boros died in conflict( Basiram Jwhwlao). after that in British era also( Sikna Jwhwlao ).
Finally, I m very Happy i m Boro/Mech and first ruler was Boro/Mech king.

Boros often claim themselves to be progeny of all kacharis which is so false, ignorant and annoying. It is only dimasa where the real kachari language is retained with no influence from Aryans, away from the plains in the hills. It is only in dimasa where the tradition of shengfongs is used. This is not found in any other kachari.
Why Bodo claim? Bcz when they were crossing the Brahmaputra, some group of people washed away by brahmaputra river to the South of Assam, presently entire lower Assam parts like Bodoland, Goalpara, Kamrup, Dhubri, Bangladesh, Meghalaya, West Bengal etc. Those who were able to cross they remains in parts of river(Dimasa) today in Ghopur, Halflong,maibong,Tinsukia, Dibrugarh,Barpeta,Jorhat,some parts of Dimapur,some parts of Tripura, some parts of Arunachal Pradesh etc. These proved that Bodo people are all around the Entire North East. Some groups also remains even in Nepal also. These Bodo people are there in all most all district of Assam. These basically proofs Bodo-Kachari. Dimasa name has been term only bcz of the this Dima river. These fall under Bodo-Kachari.

In 11th~14th century the hachengsa people made the city of dimapur and called themselves as dimasa, it is even mentioned in Chinese chronicles as da-ga-lu, Di-Mi-sa and timisa by ahom and timmasala by burmede, where as bodo already existed in kamarupa kingdom, this means bodo nor did dimasa ever seperated from a river.

DIMASA is a vast community once including the current population of Deori, Sonowal, Thengal, Moran, Matak, Tiprasa, Sadiyal (Sutiya) and Dimasa that amounts to around 40-50 lacs of population if we had stayed United in today's date.. But sadly many lost their Dimasa mother tongue and Tiprasa went out of Dimasa due conflict between two Dimasa Princes at Dimapur

And one more thing KACHAR would have been a separate STATE after independence.... The last of remaining royals at Khaspur of Kachari Kingdom Shri Raja Janemojoy Hasnu Barman, First DC of UNDIVIDED CACHAR DIST. Post independence was invited to Delhi to sign an agreement by the Britishers... But some other royals stopped him saying they would go and meet the Britishers.. At the end none could reach... Otherwise in today's date BARAK VALLEY+ Dima Hasao + Hojai, nogaon+ Dimapur + Diphu would be a separate state of KACHAR

Official name of the state needs to be changed to "Ahom" and cachar district to "Kachar".
Ahoms were the last one to come to assam , why assam should be named after them. Tribals of assam are the actual people.
