    Excellent tip, from 2:50 on, showing how to increase the thickness of the bottom if you had unintentionally pierced the centre of your clay too much while opening it up! M any thanks!

    Your demonstration is very useful. I'm a beginner and I am taught to pull using another way. May i ask how your thumb and other fingers of your 'left' hand are positioned?

      Approximately 2 Lb. try to throw thicker wall.

    I've tried this with grey clay and not porcelain. I'm finding it keeps dropping in at the top before closing it up?

      You need to work on your closing skills.

      @@hsinchuen I worked out my walls were too thin, 300g isnt enough clay, need about 600-800 i think
