It’s that time of year again. Third year of me relying on this video for my ski fitness. Skiing last March was a huge success due to the strength and fitness gained from this video. Highly recommended.
It is that time of year again, are you the one that has got it to 23,000 views? seriously I am so glad it has benefitted people to make the most of their ski holiday and of course, generally looking after your body. Well done.
Just back from a spring trip to Vail. I'm 49 with bad knees. I WAS an above average skier but I hadn't skied in over 10 year. I did this workout about 3 times a week for 2 months before the trip. Results were fantastic! I kept up and even outpaced my relatives who are all in their late 30s and early 40s. Amazing workout and thanks for creating it!!!
Just done this for the first time. Really enjoyed despite being pretty unfit for m as recovering from illness. But I loved that he admits it’s killing him as much as it was killing me! Really motivated me to keep going. Ty
I absolutely love this video! I started doing this workout about 3 months ago, because I wanted to prepare myself for my ski holiday (I went skiing three weeks ago). The 20secs on/10 secs off really boost my motivation and I have to say that my legs didn’t hurt at all when I went skiing :). Nevertheless every other muscle in my body did😅. Next season I‘ll do your full body workouts🙃
@@djuth1984 DOMS are usually 12 - 72 hours after exercise. Keep going, make sure you warm up and cool down afterwards. The body is pretty amazing it will get easier the more you do it. Well done.
Been doing this a couple of times a week for a few weeks now. Can tell it’s certainly making a big difference, but it still hurts, feel the burn! Great workout.
Hey guys, I have managed to get you a great discount at hydrofic.com for a portable ice bath. I use it everyday to aid recovery or get a great adrenalin dump. They are super good real affordable. Depends on your fitness level. It is no weights and is all body weight. You can scale the movements to what you are comfortable with. There are also some beginner videos if you want to start with them.
2024 ski prep and using this video and my peloton like a crazy man. This year I’ll be in the best shape ever for some powder skiing in Montana
Well done. Glad it is still helping getting people prepared. Keep up the good work and enjoy the mountains

Oh wow thats amazing. Have you been on your ski holiday already? Where did you go?
I went to Indian Head and blackjack in upper Michigan. Not terribly big hills, but I enjoyed skiing on them!
@@vickysmithson1557 Well I am super glad that it helped you.

How many you doing today?
@@theconsistentclub I did 2 today but not up to your standard.x
just found the types of videos I was looking for. Will sub.
That's great. Hope you enjoy them
Just did this work out, certainly feeling the pain! Would you suggest doing this every day, or gaps in between?
Really depends on your level of fitness but it is quite leg focused so 2 or 3 times a week would be better.
@@theconsistentclub Thanks. My legs probably won’t have recovered by tomorrow anyway!

@@djuth1984 I am sure it will always hurt, but hopefully, there are no DOMS and the recovery after is much quicker. Well done. Keep up the good work

Any idea what timing app is best for this please? Thank you.
What do you mean, What timer do I use? or are you looking for a tabata timer?
The timer app you are using to time the exercise and breaks.
Just started this, hard to do 4 rounds first time, but feels good.
Thanks for sharing it.

I am so focused until the ads jumped in 😂😂😂😂
Sorry, Hopefully fixed now. You can do the workout again 😂
Love this video but the advertisements are coming up far too often in the workout and really ruining the flow. Please can you do something about it?
@@ianbrown2984 will see what I can do
Why is there an advert randomly 4mins in and not during a break???
Hi, I am not entirely sure, TH-cam has to make money? I dont think you can tell TH-cam when to display an advert.
I’m 70 yo. Is this safe for me?
