This has to be one of my favourite videos of yours! Your editing is so calming. Thank you for continuing to inspire me on my own food and nutrition journey :))
I do enjoy seeing what you’re making during a week. The roasted veggies and polenta looked amazing 🤩. Are you going to Zurich with friends or just yourself?
Hello Julia! Loved this video, thank you for letting us get to know you better ☺️ I find your way of cooking always so inspiring, specially because it seems like you manage to combine everything you got in your fridge without too much dwelling and it takes less time for you to prepare your weekly and daily meals than for me to prepare my breakfast 😂! It’s incredible. I was wondering if you would be comfortable dedicating one video to how you organize your day to day life specially when grocery shopping (buying in bulks vs making small trips, discount shops etc., how much fresh produce you get etc.), since you live alone it would be a great help! Thank you again if you do 😇
@@juliamaiten No thank you!! I appreciate your videos a lot, you’re definitely one of my favourite youtuber here, you give me so many ideas and motivation in the kitchen! Also Zurich must be wonderful, have fun on your trip there ☺️!!
a fellow plant-based business student in her 20s?? we're actually on the same wavelength, but regardless, your meals always look delish! haha much love from the states
omg, my mum used to put beef broth into the soup even though she knew i was vegetarian at that time (i’m also vegan now) and when i found out i was so mad too 😩 same reasoning - it wouldn’t taste good without it, uuuugh
the answering questions was very interesting and fun:)! can you explain sometime how you get such good polenta? mine sticks in the pan and it is a struggle every time to get is soft and creamy cooked but not burnt at the bottom of the pan
hmmm... maybe try using a whisk? I just do 1 part polenta and 3 parts water and simmer on low for a few minutes, that does the trick for me! let me know if this works for you:)
love ur videos n content so so much!! u shld def make a website if u evr feel up to it :3 hope today treats u well n kind, whenever ur seeing this comment. stay safe xxx
I honestly just want to finish it at this point - it's pretty general anyways so I can apply to many different masters in Europe so I'm looking forward to that :) I sometimes regret not applying to sustainable city management in Vienna or anything sustainability related
@@juliamaiten Oh good, that makes me happy to hear. School takes up so much of our lives that it always bums me out to hear that people don't enjoy their studies but put so many hours into them. I hope you get into a master's program that excites you!
