    The clear visor is looking cheap but the colored ones are damn hot

    Ik you've been asked several times. However regarding the tinted visor, this allows at least 50% light through doesn't it? Surely this would be road legal aside from "poor weather and visibility"?

      There is a tinted road-legal visor available for the Airflite, but it will only be lightly tinted. On our site, all Icon visors are clearly marked in the product title to say whether they're road-legal or not road-legal. You'd still be able to see the face of a rider wearing a road-legal tinted visor. If you can't see their face it will be a race visor that's not legal for use on the road. You can see our range of Airflite visors here... bit.ly/AirfliteVisors Thanks for getting in touch and I hope that helps. Cheers, Tony

    How are the sizes to other helmets. As iv seen one or two saying to get a bigger size from your normal size ??

    • @sportsbikeshop
      @sportsbikeshop  ปีที่แล้ว

      The returns info suggests that's a common reason for an Airflite coming back to us. I wore the same size as normal, which shows it's always down to your own head shape so best to try in advance if possible. Cheers, Tony

    Hi hope all is happy n well
    I wanted to know the legalities of the tinted mirrored visors ?

    • @sportsbikeshop
      @sportsbikeshop  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Depends where you are, but here in the UK a visor has to let through 50% or more of available light to be legal for use on the road. So these tinted and mirrored visors are for track use only. Hope that helps. Cheers, Tony

    Are those mirrored visors (main shield) Road legal in UK?

    • @sportsbikeshop
      @sportsbikeshop  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      My most recent understanding is that mirrored visors are road legal as long as they let through more than 50% of available light. Thanks for getting in touch. Cheers, Tony

    is it loud when windy ?

    • @sportsbikeshop
      @sportsbikeshop  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      This issue always depends on the bike you ride, how you ride it and how well the helmet fits you. These things dictate the way the wind hits the helmet and what happens to it as it flows over the helmet and off the back of it. What I can say is that eight of the 17 customer reviewers who mention noise in their reviews are positive about the Airflite, while nine of them are critical of the noise. From a personal perspective, if a quiet helmet is your number one priority then I'd say this isn't the one for you. Thanks for getting in touch. Cheers, Tony
