Extremely insightful and I have been going to and watching Cape Baseball for years and he totally nailed Falmouth. They are 100% the Mets. I know it's early and there is a lot of baseball to go, but each week I hear more and more about Bazzana and I get more and more interested. Love that there is a thought he could make it to the majors in a year or two. That stock just keeps rising.

The Guardians had a nice approach at the plate, as a team, against SD. Lots of good pitch selection, lots of good contact. Made SD pitchers work. The results might not matter much in spring training, but it's still really nice to see the steps this team is taking with their hitting strategy. I think there is a lot more potential to unlock with this group, and last year we were moving backwards.

I think between the early season excitement and highlights plus the endorsements from Geoff et al, I think I will be disappointed if it isn't Bazzana. But Geoff's point of "If Hagen smith keeps doing this he is an interesting candidate" (Paraphrase) is equal parts valid and hilarious. Yes, if he continues to strike out 94% of batters faced he should be considered for #1, its an oversimplification on my end but I cackled nonetheless. Great show!
