I like screws too, I used to use nails but I had to switch it, I got a dji osmo pocket and I just got a new camera 📷 it's gona be cool, thanks for talking about the cameras and stuff
Which camera did you get? I just got my editing software back going so those voice overs you mentioned are coming soon! Along with some transitions in-between clips and better quality! Thanks for the tips man!
@@graysconcrete135 so don't use to many of the crazy transitions, I made that mistake way back, u r going good 22 subs in a week, that means u r growing. People get accustomed to a certain style, I messed that up too lol, just rem that. The camera is a secret but u will see. I got so many cameras now lol and I want more. I could care less about making anytime of money off youtube I just love to play around, if people wana watch then cool. And I do care about my viewers too. As far as the voice over just rem not to say "um" very much. No problem man, maybe 1 day we can sling some mudd! I personally really like your dad's style alot, reminds me of me lol
Glad everyone is enjoying the videos! I've finnaly got a new editing software so the video quality is about to be insane! Voice overs, transitions, and 4k quality coming next week! Enjoy!
Why not put a 2x4 on its flat 8 inches in from the edge and stake it on the inside and outside with alittle fall out towards the front that way you end up with a 1 1/2 weather lip ,,,to keep the water out where the garage door is going to sit !! Do you saw cut it the same day or the next day ??
Next day so it doesn't chip. And I don't like doing it that way honestly. Its too much work when you can just use a notch after the mud has tightened and have the exact same out come if not better without having the hastle of pulling a form and metal stake holes to patch.. Idk If you watched long enough but they're all notched.
@@josejoya4520 If it’s my job I do. If it’s not my job and I’m just laying the concrete then they can sort it out themselves. My job then is just to provide the best quality job. Having a big wet mess doesn’t help with that
@@jasonyoung1230 no wash out bins regardless of who's job it is means they can sort it out as well. You don't want a mess then provide something; at least a wheel barrel. Driver doesn't want a mess with their equipment just the same as you don't want a mess.
We all know what it means when the bolt cutters get out on the slab. No one can say you didn’t pull it. Enjoying the videos from a fellow concreter
Thanks for watching! And yeah might have got a little carried away in some spots lol. At least it isn't going anywhere!

We do the doors the same way, but we screw that cut 2x in hand to a wood darby.
That's the Friday blend lol

What do you charge to pour and finish something this size ?
Nice job. I hate truck drivers washing out into our work area, it is a big no no for me, especially when doing exposed work
Then provide proper wash out bins.

@@josejoya4520 There’s always a wheel barrow. I don’t care where they wash out, just don’t do it in our concrete area.
@@jasonyoung1230 I agree. That driver should have move out of the area. Way too close to the pour area.
Why wash out righting your pour?
Doesn't hurt a thing and owner didn't have anywhere to wash out at.
