Sonic: The Ring Ride (A.K.A Normal Sonic 1, judging by the ROM file name) is a Sonic 1 hack made by MarkeyJester. Thankfully I've managed to keep the ROM before it got lost in the Sonic Hacking Forums (forgot what it's called). This is like Sonic 2 XL, but instead of getting fat, you instead get weird druggy effects. This also sometimes makes the game crash, which was why I rewind every now and then in BizHawk.
