The funny thing is, the drunk effect on this hack was actually used on An Ordinary Sonic ROM Hack, where if Sonic.exe was approaching you on the demonic version of the level you were in, the level would shake like crazy and the screen would turn into red slowly.
Slow down + lag effect + Drunk-ish effect = This
If you play this in 2x speed when the music is disoriented it sounds like the normal music
When sonic is depressed, doesnt have his glasses on and he says slowly *"gotta go slower..."*

some sonic hacks you have to avoid things: 1 sonic 1 omochao: avoid anything to get perfect rank or you'll get pain in ears from ultimate jingles. 2 wtf lame: avoid breaking monitors or you'll have crappy messages from a fake music company. 3 ring ride: avoid drug rings or the game will be messed up any way. 4 omg the red rings: instant death if touching any although in some other hacks they reduce 10 rings you have, maybe you'll find more games that may blink your eyes or pain your ears

If you go really fast while drunk, it looks sorta-kinda like a motion blur.
