As much as I love the Big Boy, the Challenger, and the SP, that NY Central Niagara is one of the most majestic steam locomotives I’ve ever seen. Lionel hit a grand slam with that one, in my humble opinion! They’re all magnificent! Fantastic video, and thanks for sharing!

In my opinion i still say the VL challengers are the best VL steam engines lionel produced, more so the first run because i like that whistle a little better. Great run session, you have a lot of cool stuff!

Hi do you know if there is any O Gauge Pere Marquette 1225 as I am thinking about building a O Gauge Layout Based on North America and Canada and take it Model Railway shows across the UK and the Star locomotives on the Layout will 4014 Big Boy and A Challenger in 49ners Paint scheme and two Pere marquette No.1225 and No.1220 No.1220 is a Renumbered Pere marquette and they will be Running Canadian Rail excursions the Layout can be Split into two that way I can Easily move them around and then they Easily fit back together to form one Big Layout and each locomotive will be Sound fitted and have smoke coming out of the Chimney and in the Southern Utah area there is going to be a Big RoundHouse engine shed with a Modified Turntable that will allow me to turn the Big boy around And there is also an passenger car shed and a Museum that contains locomotives and there will always be a Workshop where No.1220 will be and then she will be temporarily placed into the Railroad Museum and the Layout set around 1950's

I just bought me Bachmann SP4446 GS-4 Daylight with the full Daylight passenger cars seperately. I've been waiting since 2009 or 2010 to get it.

Big boy just barely clears under that one trestle
It is super close! Had to do a lot of arranging and clearance testing to pull that one off.
