My first set was the 2013 Penn Flyer. I was in my early 20s then. Now that I'm in my early 30s, I'm really starting to get into collecting O lionel trains. In 2 months' time, I've already got 9 6464s in my growing O gauge collection. 5 are postwar, and the other 4 are modern era ones.
I’m jealous of the organization. I have wayyyy too many engines for rolling stock. By the way HAPPY 500!!! I loved your 736 Berkshire history video which is when I found the channel.
@gusshadleythelunaticfromar7125 It's a chili parlor called Hard Times. They do Terlingua Red, Texas, vegetarian, and my favorite, Cincinnati. Plus draught rootbeer!
Thanks for your comment, I was trying to include each train with only the items I got that year, so That's why some of the trains in the video are a little unusual
Passengers sets I still want one of those as yours is nice.
Marx guy here, there is an alternative and it`s Vintage MARX. That`s if you`re creative and have the passion. Me Pappy was a Lionel Man.
I haven't gotten into marx yet, but there are quite a few things from them I find interesting
@@davidstrainsandlegoI think you’ll like the Marx #333 quite big for a Marx engine and she’s diecast
David, I enjoyed watching your trains through the years.
Thank you
Hello Steve.
Great keep up the great work
@@Guytrains thanks

Hey John, what is the name of that chili you have in Alexandria? Is it Gold Star?

Congratulations you got a great channel dont be surprised if you dont hit a thousand soon.
I like that side rod switcher and the CP f units. Shucks I like them all.
Thoroughly enjoyed your video, but I have one question. Shouldn't all of the freight trains led by a steam engine have a caboose?
Thanks for your comment, I was trying to include each train with only the items I got that year, so That's why some of the trains in the video are a little unusual
Congratulations on you sub count 👍🏻
Thanks
I'm new to the hobby. What did you use for the grass on your layout?
It's a ground turf foam blend from hobby lobby, comes in a large shaker bottle
@@davidstrainsandlego thanks for the response and info
