This is really weird to post but I didn't even know I had this until very recently and so I wanted to share my experience in the hopes that it can help someone else. Because, until you really know what it actually is, you can't really get the proper specific help for it...

I think this is connected to ASD... I've had similar issues in the past but I feel like I have control of it now :) I think it's just another control element of ASD?
