If you have a northern grass type fall area too and over-seeding is appropriate. For Southern grass type like Bermuda we actually recommend not overseeding at all. Instead you push the Stolon growth of the existing grass type so it all matches. If you over seed you run the risk of not matching Bermuda cultivars.
Great content and very imformative as always. I have hard compacted clay soil in my back yard with no grass growing, would you suggest tilling all of it and start fresh or core aerate? Also how would I go about getting my soil to have less clay?
Where abouts do you live? Compaction relief is down with aeration in its simplest form. Removing the cores is one way to rid some of the clay. Adding organic material like screened compost with help with the compaction as well.
3 times per week, each zone is different based on square footage and number of sprinkler heads. But the main section I typically show in the videos gets 26min.
What are the chemical components I should be looking for in a good liquid aerator? I only found one that has Ammonium laureth sulfate (30%) and Lignosulfonate (10%).

Thanks for the great info, I’m doing my best to learn how to make the most of my Bermuda lawn in north Texas. Is fall aeration helpful?

Which one did you find containing those components?
Could you do both liquid and core?
Yes absolutely
