How to shape PVC pipe | Convert round PVC Pipe into Flat Rectangular shape | Craft with Q&S Tube
In this video, I will show you how to reshape a round PVC Pipe to a flat rectangular PVC Pipe for my other amazing crafting project. I used a Hardboard sheet according to the internal diameter of PVC Pipe and the size of Hardboard was calculated with the formula
(Circumference =2 × π × radius) where π=22/7

For shaping 1 ft pipe id ok.
How to shape 10 ft pipe?

Heating the full length of the pipe would be your biggest issue, once you figure that out you could just clamp it flat between 2 boards.

Hi, I would like to create a soap mold using a pvc pipe, but the ones at home deport & Lowe’s are very thick and not as thin as the one in your video.
